Let’s Walk and Write Together

A soulful day of yoga, breathwork, woodland walking and journalling.

Do you long to slow down, reconnect with nature and rediscover the joy of writing?

Join us for a gentle, nourishing day in the beautiful woodlands of Berkshire, where we’ll move, breathe, wander and write together.

Through grounding yoga, guided breathwork, mindful woodland walks and inspiring journalling invitations, you’ll be invited to quiet the noise of everyday life and listen to your inner voice.

Whether you’re an experienced writer or haven’t picked up a journal in years, this day is about curiosity rather than perfection. It’s an opportunity to deepen your connection with the natural world, awaken your creativity, and reconnect with the Creatrix within.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, inspired and deeply restored.

Make your Words Come Alive
