Get in touch with air with daily breathwork and yoga to learn how to soothe your nervous system and get into a meditative state easily. Clear your mind and expose your soul.

Join our fire dance to get in touch with your wild side, dance like no one is watching, and enjoy our Saturday night celebration and circle time.

Take a dip in the wild stream running through the retreat space, to connect with water and feel the physical and mental benefits of cold water immersion.

Practice yoga every morning, stay in cozy rooms and eat delicious plant-based and vegetarian food in a stunning farm in the foothills of Snowdon.

This retreat is designed to connect you back to the source, your creativity, and spirituality. It will create space for you to connect back to your true self and find time to relax, restore and join like minded women in this amazing experience.

The YOGA will be taught at an open level, making it accessible for all levels of practice and all are welcome. You’ll practice yoga every morning including pranayama (breathwork), meditation & Yoga Nidra.


The FOOD is delicious, healthy and plant-based or vegetarian- with gluten-free options & tailored to any other dietary requirements & needs. Cooked by Mo, who is an ayurvedic chef.

Meet your hosts

Monique is a yoga teacher, holistic life coach, embodiment facilitator, ayurvedic retreat chef and shamanic practitioner who is passionate about working with women to come home to the body. Mo uses her knowledge in various combinations to do so, like hosting women’s yoga retreats, embodiment workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions and of course yoga classes.

She believes that bringing women together in circle to connect and heal is her deepest soul’s calling. She herself has found her path to healing after starting to attend women’s workshops and circles, it actually sparked and stirred something deep within that she wanted to do women’s work herself. 

Mo believes that in this fast-paced, masculine world, it is easy to lose touch with the essence of self, and become unbalanced and unhappy. She says when one takes the time to slow down, breathe and pause, we find that connection, that spark, YOU, again. 

Many practice yoga in a disembodied way, meaning it’s all about the external. When Mo finished her teacher training she developed her own style of yoga that is somatic and self-centered instead of following a rigid regime that often isn’t suitable for everybody. This way it allows us to come home to the body again, release stuck emotions, and embrace your body as it is.

Mo believes that the way to happiness is through the body. And she will gladly help you in any way she can, whether through nourishing foods or movement.

Meet your host

Claire Winter is a former journalist, ICF-accredited coach, Nordic Walking instructor, speaker, and award-winning podcaster who loves being out in nature. She is passionate about sharing the healing medicine of walking and writing with people. 

She wants to make an impact by helping women to connect back to nature, ignite their creativity, and share their stories and light with the world. She is on a mission to build a movement of women around the world who create the time and space to walk, write, journal, and create. 

Studying Social Anthropology as her first degree Claire has always been fascinated by ritual and ceremony to mark important moments in life. She wants to help people connect with nature and themselves to share their innate wisdom with the world.

She truly believes you can walk your way to happiness. She often spends her weekends going on long walks or paddle boarding with her family, friends, and dog Leo.

Most frequent questions and answers

Exercise clothes for walking and yoga, walking boots, shoes, waterproofs, warm clothes even in the summer it gets chilly in Wales, towel, swimming costume, flipflops or similar. You will be sent a detailed itinerary and list when you book.
